Golem Gates is a top-down real-time strategy (RTS), multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), and card battle hybrid game.
I joined Laser Guided Games as a multiplayer/co-op level designer for Golem Gates. I designed the layout on paper then block out the map in Unreal 4 to refine it. I then started to mesh the map with assets created by our art director, Joshua Nizzi and other artists. Finally, I lighted it, polish it, and made some post processing correction. I constantly work with Josh to make sure it fits the visual style.
